Trainee (m/f/d) - Change Management & Organisational Development (TR2023)
Your tasks
You work together with colleagues and superiors on the planning and operational implementation of client projects with a focus on change management and organisational development. This includes, among other things:Collaboration in the planning, preparation and implementation of workshops and seminars
Conducting and evaluating (both qualitatively and quantitatively) employee surveys, as well as preparing them in a way that is suitable for the target group
Support for outplacement and transfer projects
Conducting analyses and research on all topics of our projects
Your profile
Completed studies in industrial and organisational psychology, industrial and economic sociology or related studies (diploma, master's degree or equivalent)
Very good knowledge of social science methods and statistics
Confidence in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Very good knowledge of German and English
High affinity for IT and technology
Independent, structured and reliable way of working
High willingness to travel (assignments throughout Germany)
